The brief

There's a misconception that career growth for audiologists stops once they qualify. Getting to the test room feels like the destination. Specsavers needed to change that.

The idea

Wherever you are in your journey, there's an opportunity for growth. To show that, I took inspiration from one of the most recognisable navigation tools in the world. The Specsavers Audiology Career Map gave clinicians something they could actually follow, in a language they already understood.

The delivery

After mapping out the full range of career paths available to audiologists, the campaign was developed and rolled out across prospecting and retargeting ads as part of a wider online recruitment push.
